Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Prepura. This Shipping Policy explains our processing, delivery, tracking, and address procedures.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

During launches, promotions, holidays, inventory updates, or periods of unusually high demand, processing may take longer.

Processing time is separate from shipping and transit time.

Estimated Delivery Times

After processing, estimated delivery times are:

United States

7–15 business days

International destinations

10–25 business days

These timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery may be affected by:

  • Carrier delays
  • Customs processing
  • Weather
  • Holidays
  • Local delivery conditions
  • Address errors
  • Inventory or fulfillment interruptions

Confirm these estimates with your supplier before publishing them. Your advertised delivery estimate needs to match what you can reasonably fulfill. Shopify requires clear fulfillment timelines, and U.S. sellers must ship within the promised timeframe or provide customers with delay and cancellation options.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges, if any, will be shown at checkout before payment.

Promotional free shipping may be subject to conditions displayed on the website.

Tracking

When tracking is available, customers will receive a shipping-confirmation email containing tracking information.

Tracking information may take 2–5 business days to update after the shipping confirmation is sent.

Some orders may be delivered in separate packages.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address.

Please contact prepurastore@gmail.com immediately if an address needs to be corrected.

We cannot guarantee changes after an order enters processing. Prepura is not responsible for delays or losses caused by an incorrect or incomplete address entered by the customer.

If an order is returned because of an incorrect address, refusal, or failure to collect the package, the customer may be responsible for reshipping costs.

Delayed Orders

If an order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, customers should:

  1. Review the tracking information
  2. Check with household members, neighbors, or the local carrier
  3. Confirm that the shipping address was correct
  4. Contact prepurastore@gmail.com with the order number

If we cannot ship within the advertised timeframe, we will provide an updated estimate and the opportunity to accept the delay or cancel the affected order for a refund, as required by applicable law.

Lost Packages

If tracking has not updated for an extended period or the carrier confirms that a package is lost, contact us.

We may require customers to cooperate with a carrier investigation before issuing a replacement or refund.

Marked Delivered but Not Received

If tracking shows “delivered” but the package cannot be found:

  • Confirm the shipping address
  • Check all delivery areas
  • Ask household members or neighbors
  • Wait up to 48 hours, as some carriers mark packages delivered early
  • Contact the shipping carrier
  • Email prepurastore@gmail.com

We will help review the available tracking information, but resolutions for confirmed delivery may depend on the carrier’s investigation.

Damaged Packages

Email prepurastore@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by their country.

Unless expressly stated at checkout, these charges are not included in the product price or shipping charge.

Prepura is not responsible for customs delays or unpaid import fees.

Shipping Restrictions

We reserve the right to restrict delivery to certain countries, regions, addresses, freight-forwarding services, or locations that our carriers cannot reliably serve.
